Baffled

Well!! I am well and truly BAFFLED! I just can't understand how my work PC (running Windoze '93 or 2000, one of those crappy ones anyway) has been sounding like an Airbus A380 for months now (almost a year)...but someone elses' PC (running the same crap as mine) just makes a little churning noise, barely detectable by the human ear I might add, and voíla..... Windows XP appears on her machine. I will not call names as that's not my style *cough...Genki..cough*

So can someone please explain this to me? Am I missing something here? What's going on? Any help appreciated.

Ha Ha!! Very funny...but i'll have you know, my ears work perfectly fine...and are a normal size....Just ask Shorty!

Oh! So it's someone in ISD that's getting all of this done? I wonder who that could be?

Jealous! Me? Nah!

Im not jealous at all, just baffled! I have no problem with you or anyone having XP, I just can't understand how come we have/had similar problems, yet you get XP and I'm still running Windoze '93.....I mean it is 2006 for crying out loud.

And I keep getting BS excuses like "nothing can be done" .....I'll tell you what can be done...Give me Vista ;o)

You know what? Forget Windoze.......Long live Apple Macs ;o)
